Mike’s long and successful career of forty two years is testament to his client focus, professionalism, and integrity. Mike has sold hundreds of apartment properties in the SouthBay with each transaction adding to his extensive experience and knowledge of the apartment investment business. In 2020 Mike and his team closed over $140,000,000 in apartment transactions that heavily relied on their depth of experience and market knowledge. Mike provides trusted and exceptional service to the multifamily housing client with a focus on the greater SouthBay area. Mike and his talented team of professionals collaborate to create value for their clients through strategy, intellectual capital and the extensive platform LyonStahl offers.
 

Mike’s transaction experience includes seller and buyer representation, portfolio sales, 1031 exchanges, repositioning strategies and private partnerships. Mike has consistently been named top apartment broker in the SouthBay. He has served as a guest lecturer on multi-housing at the UCLA Anderson School of Business, is a member of the SouthBay Board of Realtors, is currently on the Board of Managers for the SouthBay YMCA and was past president of Torrance Rotary. Mike’s other outstanding accomplishments include being an award-winning photographer and a top-level Hawaiian outrigger canoe racer.
