Nancy’s thirty-five years in the multifamily industry is a tribute to her delight in building and maintaining meaningful relationships while assisting her clients to achieve and maximize their investment real estate goals. 
 

Nancy’s passion for the real estate industry began early in her career during the time she owned and operated a full-service property management company with a focus on multifamily and self-storage assets. Nancy worked with property owners to implement repositioning strategies that resulted in increased revenue and decreased expenses, optimizing the properties operating performance and value. She was also closely involved in three sizable ground-up multifamily development projects, where she managed from the initial launch through stabilization. Her wide-ranging multifamily experience, product knowledge and valuable insights provide her with the unique expertise to successfully guide her clients to both maximize property values before selling or trading and uncover hidden potential when analyzing buying opportunities. She specializes in the sale, acquisition, and exchange of multifamily properties within Southern California. 

Nancy’s other accomplishments include earning the highest award in Girl Scouting, known as the Gold Award Girl Scout, which taught her the blessings of giving back to others and her community. She also enjoys cooking, exploring, traveling, and hiking with her family and friends.
